Our Doctor

Derek R. Damon DDS is an accredited orthodontist. This means that he is a dental specialist who has completed an advanced post-doctoral course, accredited by the American Dental Association, of at least two academic years in the specialty of orthodontics.

Dr. Damon is dedicated to creating outstanding smiles for his patients, Orthodontics runs in the Damon Family. In fact, he is the 6th orthodontist in his family (father, uncle and cousins). Dr Damon is excited to have purchased this practice from Dr. Richard Eastham, who has been providing excellent orthodontic treatment in these areas for greater than 30 years. Dr. Damon grew up in the Northwest, attended the University of California - Berkeley, and returned to the University of Washington for his dental degree. After 2 years at being a general dentist, he began his orthodontic residency at the University of Washington, receiving his orthodontic certification in 2001.
